Singer Katy Perry and comedian/actor Russell Brand's wedding is one of the most talked about weddings of the year. Not only are they getting married in the three days, BUT...they are doing it as a traditional Hindu ceremony in Jaipur, India. They arrived at Mumbai airport and already the cameras have been told to stay away!
The guest list is at a small 85 stars – which includes Rihanna, Jonathan Ross and David Walliams – and they are all apparently being treated to a Tiger safari, outdoor festival in the desert and a magnificent fireworks display, for a whole week in the luxurious Indian resort in Jaipur.
Their wedding ceremony will take place on Saturday in the gardens of Rambagh Palace in Jaipur. They are also throwing five lavish parties for their guests. Talk about staying true to the Indian tradition! Brand's jaan will be himself on a white horse accompanied by camels and elephants.
And Perry isn't going to be anything less than a blushing bride-to-be, as she'll have all the traditional pre-wedding festivities such as henna and her own touch of a funky new nail-art design. And of course, right by her side the entire time will be her maid of honor - Rihanna. Plus there's even talks about a special performance by P. Diddy.
